RULES AND REGULATIONS

  1. TEAMS
    1. Maximum of fifteen (15) players in a team, including of a team captain.
    2. Maximum of 2 Managers/Coaches allowed pitch side with their team during matches. Coach/manager accreditation must be worn at all times.
    3. Minimum number of players to start a match shall be five (5), failing which a walkover shall be awarded to the opponent with a score of 3-0.
    4. All team members must wear the same team kit including shin pads and numbers on their shirts.
    5. Substitute players shall be allowed to re-enter in the same match (Rolling Substitution).
    6. Coaches are required to inform the referee when they want to bring on a substitute.
    7. The substitute can only enter the field of play after the player being replaced has left and after receiving a signal from the referee.
    8. Substitutes can only be brought on when the ball has gone out of play or in a dead ball situation.
    9. All team members MUST have age appropriate wrist bands to enter the field of play.
  2. DURATION OF MATCHES
    1. League Matches will be played for the duration of 20 minutes with NO interval.
    2. Knock Out Games will be played for the duration of 20 minutes with NO interval.
    3. The technical committee reserves the right to change the time of the match without prior notice.
    4. It is the responsibility of the respective teams to keep track of their actual match time. During the duration of the tournament matches may start earlier or later than the provided printed schedules. Teams are responsible for taking to the field when required.
  3. RULES
    1. Standard FIFA rules shall apply, failing which the decision of the technical committee shall be final.
    2. Coaches and teams supporters will not question the decision of the referee. Sideline coaching / instructions by team supporters is NOT allowed. If supporters continue with bad language/sideline coaching and attempt to distract the Referee from the game, the Referee will ask the Team Manager to restrain their supporters. If this appeal is not heeded, the Referee will warn the Team Manager that this is a breach of the Tournament rules and that disciplinary action will be taken against the team.
    3. In this case, the Referee reserves the right to default the infringing team, abandon the game and submit a report to the Organizing Committee for a decision. If, for any reasons a match could not be played, the match may be rescheduled at the discretion of the organizer.
    4. No protest shall be entertained as the decision of the referees and the technical committee is final.
  4. CENTRAL TIMING WHISTLE
    1. Teams must be in the team holding tents on the side of each pitch 5minutes before the start of their scheduled game.
    2. When the central timing whistle goes the matches will only come to an end once:
        1. the ball goes out of play or
        2. if the ball is in a dead ball position
        3. Should a penalty be awarded after the central timing whistle has gone, but while the ball is still in play then the penalty will be awarded and taken. This only applies to a penalty and NOT to free kicks.
        4. As soon as a game is over the next team on that field can enter the pitch and warm up before the central timing whistle goes off for the next game.
  5. KICK OFF & OFF SIDES
    1. Teams cannot score a goal direct from the kick off.
    2. At least 1 additional player must touch the ball from the kick off before a goal can be awarded.
    3. There are no off sides.
  6. EXTRA TIME – GOLDEN GOAL – KNOCK OUT COMPETITION
    1. In the event of a draw in the CUP & PLATE Knock Out Competition both teams will play Extra Time & Golden Goal
      1. The coaches will nominate 3 players to start the Golden Goal Knock Out Competition.
      2. The 3 players can only be nominated from the 7 players on the pitch at the end of the regular time.
      3. The 3 players start on the pitch and the first team to score wins.
      4. Kick off for the 3 on 3 will be determined by a tossed coin.
      5. If after the 1st minute no team scores, then a player from each team will be withdrawn once the ball is out of play or the game is in a dead ball position called by the referee.
      6. The teams then play 2 on 2. The first team to score wins.
      7. If after the 2nd minute no team has scored, then another player from each team will be withdrawn, once the ball is out of play or the game is in a dead ball position called by the referee.
      8. The teams then play 1 on 1 until one of the teams score.
      9. During the 1 on 1, In the event of a free kick or throw or goal kick, the team in possession can restart the game by passing the ball to themselves from the dead ball position. For a throw in they can pass the ball on the ground to themselves.
      10. No substitution is allowed during the period of extra time, unless a player is seriously injured, which is to be decided by the referee.
      11. If a player makes a professional foul during the 3 on 3 which is deemed to prevent an opportunity for the other team from scoring then the player will receive an automatic red card and be sent off.
  7. FOULS
    1. Each match will have ONE (1) referee. All decisions by the referee are FINAL.
    2. Yellow Card
      1. A player receiving a total of 2 Yellow cards shall be banned from the next match.
      2. The yellow card count will be zeroed at the end of the first league group stages and after Day 1
    3. Red Card
      1. A player receiving a direct Red Card shall be barred for the subsequent 1 match
    4. Indiscipline
      1. A player/team official involved in fights, abusing of match/tournament officials and damaging of Club property shall be banned from the tournament and the Club premises.
      2. Spectators are asked to stand in the allocated spectator areas and are not allowed to stand by/behind the goal posts or in the officials and player areas.
      3. Parents with aggressive behaviour will be asked to leave
  8. INCLEMENT WEATHER
    1. If the field becomes unsuitable for play due to heavy rain or for any other reasons, the Technical Committee reserves the right to make any changes necessary to the duration of games and format of the tournament
  9. FIRST AID & MEDICAL COVERAGE
    1. A medical team will be on site at each venue to provide treatment to injuries sustained during the course of play.
    2. Any players with open wounds are required to seek medical attention and are only allowed to play when the bleeding has been stopped.
    3. Medical coverage and Personal Accident insurance will not be provided to players.
    4. The Organizing Committee will not be held liable for any death, disability, personal injury, loss of property or any other loss howsoever arising from any cause whatsoever at any time during the course of this tournament.
    5. The Organizing Committee will take all reasonable precaution, but each player is responsible for his or her personal health and safety upon agreement to participate in this tournament.
  10. SUPPLEMENTARY RULES
    1. The Rules and Regulations as depicted are current at the time of printing. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to add, delete and/or vary the said Rules and Regulations at any time as it deems fit.

RULES AND REGULATIONS​

  1. TIM
    1. Maksimal lima belas (15) pemain dalam satu tim, termasuk seorang kapten tim.
    2. Maksimal 2 Managers / Pelatih diizinkan sisi pitch dengan tim mereka selama pertandingan. Akreditasi pelatih / manajer harus dikenakan setiap saat.
    3. Jumlah minimum pemain untuk memulai pertandingan harus lima (5), gagal yang walkover akan diberikan kepada lawan dengan skor 3-0.
    4. Semua anggota tim harus mengenakan kit tim yang sama termasuk bantalan tulang kering dan nomor di baju mereka.
    5. Pemain pengganti harus diizinkan untuk masuk kembali dalam pertandingan yang sama (Pergantian Bergulir).
    6. Pelatih diminta untuk memberi tahu wasit ketika mereka ingin mengajukan pengganti.
    7. Pengganti hanya dapat memasuki bidang permainan setelah pemain yang diganti telah pergi dan setelah menerima sinyal dari wasit.
    8. Pengganti hanya bisa dibawa ketika bola sudah keluar dari permainan atau dalam situasi bola mati.
    9. Semua anggota tim HARUS memiliki gelang peserta usia yang sesuai untuk memasuki lapangan pertandingan.
  2. DURASI PERTANDINGAN
    1. Pertandingan Liga akan dimainkan selama 20 menit tanpa interval.
    2. Game Knock Out akan dimainkan selama 20 menit tanpa interval.
    3. Komite teknis berhak untuk mengubah waktu pertandingan tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya.
    4. Merupakan tanggung jawab masing-masing tim untuk melacak waktu pertandingan aktual mereka. Selama durasi turnamen pertandingan dapat dimulai lebih awal atau lebih lambat dari jadwal cetak yang disediakan. Tim bertanggung jawab untuk turun ke lapangan jika diminta
  3. ATURAN
    1. Aturan standar FIFA akan berlaku, gagal dimana keputusan komite teknis bersifat final
    2. Pelatih dan pendukung tim tidak akan mempertanyakan keputusan wasit. Pelatihan / instruksi sampingan oleh pendukung tim TIDAK diperbolehkan. Jika pendukung melanjutkan dengan pelatihan bahasa / sampingan yang buruk dan mencoba untuk mengalihkan perhatian Wasit dari permainan, Wasit akan meminta Manajer Tim untuk menahan pendukung mereka. Jika banding ini tidak diperhatikan, Wasit akan memperingatkan Manajer Tim bahwa ini merupakan pelanggaran terhadap aturan Turnamen dan bahwa tindakan disiplin akan diambil terhadap tim
    3. Dalam hal ini, Wasit berhak untuk melakukan default terhadap tim yang melanggar, meninggalkan permainan dan menyerahkan laporan kepada Panitia untuk mengambil keputusan. Jika, karena alasan apa pun pertandingan tidak dapat dimainkan, pertandingan dapat dijadwal ulang sesuai kebijaksanaan penyelenggara.
    4. Tidak ada protes yang akan dilakukan karena keputusan wasit dan komite teknis bersifat final
  4. PELUIT WAKTU PUSAT
    1. Tim harus berada dalam tim yang memegang tenda di sisi setiap lapangan 5 menit sebelum dimulainya pertandingan yang dijadwalkan.
    2. Ketika peluit penentuan waktu sentral berakhir, pertandingan hanya akan berakhir sekali:
        1. bola keluar dari permainan atau
        2. jika bola dalam posisi bola mati
        3. Jika penalti diberikan setelah peluit penentuan waktu pusat telah hilang, tetapi sementara bola masih dalam permainan, maka penalti akan diberikan dan diambil. Ini hanya berlaku untuk penalti dan TIDAK untuk tendangan bebas.
        4. Segera setelah pertandingan berakhir, tim berikutnya di lapangan itu dapat memasuki lapangan dan melakukan pemanasan sebelum peluit waktu pusat berbunyi untuk pertandingan berikutnya
  5. KICK OFF & OFF SIDE
    1. Tim tidak dapat mencetak gol langsung dari kick off.
    2. Setidaknya 1 pemain lain harus menyentuh bola sejak kick off sebelum gol dapat diberikan.
    3. Tidak ada offside
  6. WAKTU TAMBAHAN – GOLDEN GOAL – KNOCK OUT COMPETITION
    1. Dalam hal Kompetisi CUP & PLATE Knock Out, kedua tim akan memainkan Extra Time & Golden Goal
      1. Para pelatih akan mencalonkan 3 pemain untuk memulai Kompetisi Knock Out.
      2. 3 pemain hanya dapat dinominasikan dari 7 pemain di lapangan pada akhir waktu reguler.
      3. 3 pemain mulai di lapangan dan tim pertama yang mencetak gol maka memperoleh kemenangan.
      4. Kick off untuk 3 lawan 3 akan ditentukan oleh koin yang dilemparkan.
      5. Jika setelah menit ke-1 tidak ada skor tim, maka pemain dari masing-masing tim akan ditarik begitu bola keluar dari permainan atau permainan berada dalam posisi bola mati yang dipanggil oleh wasit
      6. Tim kemudian bermain 2 pada 2. Tim pertama yang mencetak skor menang.
      7. Jika setelah menit ke-2 tidak ada tim yang mencetak gol, maka pemain lain dari masing-masing tim akan ditarik, begitu bola keluar dari permainan atau permainan berada dalam posisi bola mati yang dipanggil oleh wasit.
      8. Tim kemudian bermain 1 lawan 1 hingga salah satu tim mencetak skor.
      9. Selama pertandingan 1 lawan 1, Jika tendangan bebas atau lemparan atau tendangan gawang, tim yang memiliki bola dapat memulai kembali permainan dengan meneruskan bola kepada diri mereka sendiri dari posisi bola mati. Untuk lemparan ke dalam, mereka bisa mengoper bola ke tanah untuk diri mereka sendiri.
      10. Tidak ada penggantian yang diizinkan selama periode perpanjangan waktu, kecuali jika pemain cedera serius, yang akan ditentukan oleh wasit.
      11. Jika seorang pemain melakukan pelanggaran profesional selama 3 lawan 3 yang dianggap mencegah peluang bagi tim lain untuk mencetak gol maka pemain akan menerima kartu merah otomatis dan dikeluarkan dari lapangan
  7. PELANGGARAN
    1. Setiap pertandingan akan memiliki SATU (1) wasit. Semua keputusan oleh wasit adalah FINAL.
    2. Kartu Kuning
      1. Seorang pemain yang menerima total 2 kartu Kuning akan dilarang bermain untuk pertandingan berikutnya.
      2. Jumlah kartu kuning akan menjadi nol pada akhir tahapan grup liga pertama dan setelah Hari 1
    3. Kartu Merah
      1. Seorang pemain yang menerima Kartu Merah langsung akan dilarang untuk 1 pertandingan berikutnya
    4. Ketidak disiplinan
      1. Seorang pemain / offisial tim yang terlibat dalam perkelahian, penyalahgunaan pejabat pertandingan / turnamen dan perusakan properti Klub harus dilarang dari turnamen dan tempat Klub.
      2. Penonton diminta untuk berdiri di area penonton yang dialokasikan dan tidak diperbolehkan berdiri di belakang tiang gawang atau di area resmi dan pemain.
      3. Orang tua dengan perilaku agresif akan diminta untuk pergi
  8. CUACA
    1. Jika lapangan tidak bisa digunakan karena hujan lebat atau karena alasan lain, Komite Teknis berhak untuk membuat perubahan yang diperlukan untuk durasi pertandingan dan format turnamen.
  9. PERTOLONGAN  PERTAMA & MEDIS
    1. Tim medis akan berada di lokasi di setiap tempat untuk memberikan perawatan untuk cedera yang diderita selama bermain.
    2. Setiap pemain dengan luka terbuka diharuskan mencari perawatan medis dan hanya diizinkan bermain ketika perdarahan telah dihentikan.
    3. Asuransi kesehatan dan asuransi Kecelakaan Diri tidak akan diberikan kepada pemain.
    4. Panitia tidak akan bertanggung jawab atas kematian, kecacatan, cedera pribadi, kehilangan harta benda, atau kerugian lain apa pun yang timbul dari sebab apa pun kapan pun selama turnamen ini berlangsung.
    5. Komite Penyelenggara akan mengambil semua tindakan pencegahan yang wajar, tetapi setiap pemain bertanggung jawab atas kesehatan dan keselamatan pribadinya atas persetujuan untuk berpartisipasi dalam turnamen ini.
  10. ATURAN TAMBAHAN
    1. Peraturan dan Regulasi yang digambarkan saat ini berlaku pada saat dicetak. Panitia memiliki hak untuk menambah, menghapus, dan / atau memvariasikan Peraturan dan Regulasi tersebut kapan saja sesuai dengan kebutuhan
